Berlin June 2017 Member Meeting


MEETING DETAILS

The Payments Innovation Alliance is headed to Berlin! As one of Europe’s fastest growing innovation hubs, Berlin has a thriving FinTech ecosystem that makes it an ideal location for our non-US membership meeting. We will convene June 1-2, 2017 at the Kempinski Hotel Bristol in Berlin, Germany. Please note - the International Payments Framework Association (IPFA) will meet in Berlin the day prior our event on Wednesday, May 31st.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Alliance members will explore both current and future focused topics with a global lens.  We will explore payment trends, industry activity, new/disruptive technology, and challenges that impact both US and Non-US organizations. Our speakers will be senior level executives from across geographies – dealing with the same issues in many cases that you are. What can we learn from other geographies?  How will regulations in Europe like PSD2 that require account access impact US institutions?  What’s next for faster payments in other countries that already have an established solution in place?

As always, content will be presented in a variety of formats to encourage interaction, knowledge exchange and networking among members, guests and speakers.

Alliance members – this is your meeting! Our Berlin meeting will feature traditional sessions, round-table discussions, interactive moderator-led sessions and more. Active member participation and feedback is encouraged to facilitate meaningful industry dialogue and collaboration as we work to advance domestic and global payments.

ACCOMMODATIONS

NACHA has secured a room block at the Kempinski Hotel Bristol Berlin. Please call the hotel reservations and reference the NACHA Alliance Meeting room block to obtain our group rate, including guest room WiFi and breakfast buffet in hotel's restaurant. The single rate is 159 EUROS & double occupancy is 181 EUROS per night and are valid until May 1, 2017. The best number for making reservations via phone is the reservations number: +49 30 8843 4704 or via email reservations.bristol@kempinski.com. Hotel's in-house reservations team is in the office Monday to Friday 8 am - 7 pm.
